I have spotted the perfect gift for a colleague online but cannot for the life of me work out how to order as there does not seem to be an option

Last week I added all the personalisation info and had the same issue, then later in the week tried again and there was a message saying they were not accpeting orders until 14th so I tried again today - message gone but still cannot order. Have messaged them twice.. Such a shame as was perfect and cannot find the same elsewhere - any ideas?

Etsy have lots of people who do biscuits, you might find someone to do something similar to the ones you wanted to send.

Thank you. I texted them. And got a reply to say they are not taking orders till end of month. Which would definitely be useful info to add to their website. But anyway…
