I ordered clothes and one attempt was made by the courier to deliver although I was out. There wasn't another attempt made and I emailed to complain and finally ask for a refund after waiting perhaps two weeks.
The refund of aroud £100 was issed however a few days after this the parcel turned up. Part of me says the cmapany will have been reimbursed through insurance but the other half feels guilty.
How do I stand both legally and (dons tin hat) morally?
