Where can you buy spare aqua draw pens? We have the original aquadraw mat but are down to one pen over 3 years of use. I haven't been able to find someone selling just the pens.

sorry to hijack-what age is the aqua draw for?

Ledodgy · 30/11/2007 15:43

It's from 18 months iirc.

Really? I got ds the rainbow one for his 2nd Birthday last Sunday and both him and 4 year old dd are obsessed with it... I reckon the Thomas one and the disney Princess ones are a waste of money though there's only so much fun out of drawing a line or squiggle and watching a train move on it or a prince and princess 'dancing' along it/

bubblagirl · 30/11/2007 16:10

99redbaloons your more than welcome i'm still looking when i go into town will let you know if i have luck, x

sammysam · 30/11/2007 16:27

DD is 16 months and loves water so was just wandering.......

NAB3littlemonkeys · 30/11/2007 16:46

Worth it as they can draw to their hearts content without risk of ink on the walls, floor, doors, themselves,.....

It isn't really a water play toy though as the water just goes in the pen.

sammysam · 01/12/2007 08:40

They do look like a very good idea! Didn't realise-thought you could just draw with the water !

99redballoons · 02/12/2007 15:18

My ds is 4.5 and dd 2 and they both love, fight over our only pen (lost one in the bin ) The only pain is once it's all filled in (quite quickly with two of them at it) it does take a few mins to dry and you end up putting it aside until it's all white again. I particularly love it as dd put ballpoint pen on my wall paper the other day so this is now the only pen in sight!
