Hi there, has anyone recently returned clothing back to Marks & Spencer via Hermes collection?

I've booked a return pick up using my invoice number and have packaged the items up.

I'm not supposed to put any paperwork in, which feels weird, just a label on the outside.

What if they don't count it all properly and say I sent less back?

Any good or bad experiences please?

I returned mine to a foodhall, same way, no paperwork, and had the same concerns. But it has been fine.

I know what you mean, I was a bit reticent but all the items I returned were credited very quickly back onto my card!
