6 weeks pregnant today, I have such bad anxiety! I have been having period cramps nothing bad but enough to notice, I’ve noticed it’s more on my lef side should I be concerned? I have had no bleeding

Sounds pretty normal. Is this your first pregnancy? It’s very normal in early pregnancy so I would worry. If it helps I had no pain but very heavy red bleeding with my first pregnancy at 6 weeks, she’s now will be 6 in September so even in those cases it isn’t always something bad.

But pain on its own is very normal ecp with first pregnancy!
