Seen a lovely one in Boots, £40 out of sock in store, not available online

Seen a loevly one in Argos. Reduced from £100 to £50. Out of stock at my 8 closest stores. Not available for home delivery.

I have seen a number that are £40-50 base price. Can anyone find me a more expensive one that has been reduced into my price bracket?

My local Sainsburys were doing one with 25% off when I was in there yesterday, works out under £40.

Anyone know how many photos you can get onto the different-sized memory cards?

Want to get the frame for MIL for CHristmas but will need to get a card too!

SlightlyMadScreachingSirens · 26/11/2007 20:49

Hang on....I will find a link for the card capacities...as soon as I have done my Tesco order.

128mb card should hold 100 good quality pictures iirc.

We've been lucky in that although none of the argos near home have that frame, the one by DH's work does He's picking them up tomorrow.

card capacitities. Check with the frame you buy what the max size card it can take is as I think that some have limits.

as a guidline...
3meg pics 128mB card = 100 pics
5meg pics 256mB card = 100 pics

I don't think you would need more than that TBH
Not sure about the Maplins one. I have seen others which take a wider range of card formats. Ideally I would like it to take an xD card - although the frame itself does look nicer than some at £40.

I got one for my mum out of tesco reduced from 49.99 to 39.99 but with my club card vouchers i got it for £30. It holds up to 15 pictuces on the frame and as many as your xd, sd, memory card etc can hold. I think its fab and easy to use even my mum has figured it out an she is 70 and still cant use her dvd player!!!
