Every year i have the same prob. All of my kids birthdays are in the next few weeks and yet again I can't find any nice birthday cards for them.

Do the shops think that nobody has birthdays in november and december or what

My DS1 is a Dec birthday and I found that I could never get him a decent card. Now I buy one when I see one whatever time of year and put it in my pressie box. I also stock up for friends with Dec birthdays. Took a while, but I learnt the hard way lol.

Agree it is totally hard to find one for dh also in Dec.

JoolsToo · 05/11/2004 12:18

we can still get nice birthday cards at this time of the year - you just have to go to the furthest, darkest corner of the shop to find them

So maybe I should have thought about DS (1st birthday on 22nd November) a bit sooner?

Will have to go and hunt out all the dark corners of card shops I think

What about craft fairs for homemade ones? I've just made a load for Church and decided against doing chrimbo ones, I did birthday and other occasions instead.

Have you tried Moonpig? Very good imo

gothicmama · 06/11/2004 13:26
