car seats for Peugeot 306

Can anyone help - we are looking for a car seat (9months and up) for a Peugeot 306 but none seem to fit. We tried 5 of the most popular ones at the weekend but only one came close to fitting, and the assistant didn't think it would stand much of a side impact.
I phoned the local dealer who said that Peugeot sell one - I think he said it was Aroma - or something like that, but didn't have a list of any that they recommended.
The car has half leather seats if that makes a difference?!

We have Britax Freeway for a 306 and it's fine.

Thanks sb34 and musica. We tried a couple of Britax seats but neither fitted and the assistant seemed to think that none of theirs would fit. I'll go back and give the Freeway a go.
I hadn't realised it would be so hard to get the right seat, as it's hardly an unusual car. The assistant said that apart from Vauxhalls it causes them the most problems. Guess what our other car is.....!!
