I bought an air conditioning unit in March. Didn't attempt to use it until a week ago and it doesn't work!! It acts like a fan rather than an air conditioner (it is definitely and air conditioning unit and is on the right settings). Complained to Amazon who say it's too late to return it, and told me to get in touch with the manufacturer, manufacturer is clearly foreign and just keeps sending me nonsensical Ils asking me to send videos of this that, and the other. Now they want me to take it apart (being careful not to chop my hand off on the fan) and try something else. It cost £250 (now selling for £400) and it is a useless hump of plastic and I just want an exchange or a refund. Surely Amazon's policy is not online with regulations for faulty products?
