I can't get my pliko down! I feel so stupid!

I've bought a Mamas and Papas pliko on Ebay, but I've had it a week and still can't work out how to get it to go down! Argh! Help, anyone? xxx

take the handles, and pull the little levals up under the handles, then push down on the handles so the front of the buggy tilts up. then pull the handle that is at the back upwards.

Stand behind it, hands on handle bar put fingers on pull up on the catch bits - put your foot on the step plate at the back, pull up the catch bits and push down on the handle a bit and you should feel it release at the bottom near the front wheels then use the hand bit above the brake bar - pull up firmly and it should close.
