have you a Wilkinsons nearby? Got one for ds2 (nearly 4) for £10. Don't know what it's lie inside but the box looks impressive! Sort of Playmobil ripoff? If you want a wooden one, think Argos has a fairly cheap one...

Someone linked to this one in argos I am also looking for one for my ds who is 5 years but don't want to spend much.

The Le Toy van one on Amazon is probably ok - dd's dollshouse is from there and well made - local posh toy shop stocks lots of their stuff...
