i've lost it and one of my orders hasn't arrived arghhhh

I think you have to phone them, i lost mine once, tried to e-mail (which did'nt work and ended up phoning the helpline.

i've emailed them too. looks like i will have to ring.

they seem to send me something in post almost daily - customer number printed on these if you happen to have anything around.

no its my first order.
