Buggy bag?

Has anyone got a really good bag that fits properly on the back of a buggy/pushchair, that is waterproof, doesn't tip the buggy over and takes a reasonable amt of stuff. And doesn't look like something a bag lady would cherish

Is there anything out there?

you dont want much do you oi?

pukkapatch · 15/11/2007 13:22

if ou put the weights things on the front wheel of the buggy, then that should help preventit tipping over when loads onthe back.iyswim

I don't 'want' it pukka! I was wondering if there would be a market for it. Not sure if I'm supposed to be posting this here , but I am a member so was hoping for some MNers opnions.

I've got a decent sized rucksack that fits on the buggy and holds a reasonable amount of stuff. Its multicoloured and a decent make (can't remember just now). Its neither babyish or bag ladyish (imo)

o, market research.
well, my buggy pushing days are long over. but, when i did push a buggy, i was happy with the storage underneath. as long as it was in a bag of some description, the contents stayed dry even when raingin as the rain cover usually kept the worst of it off.
for a pushchair, it woudl tip over only if i overloaded it, and whislt i never actually bought the weights they were somethig i always wanted.
style wise, i think it just has to go with the oclourscheme of the buggy really

red one bottom left
also comes in black

really you are thinking of the skiphop dash though

OrmIrian · 16/11/2007 08:14

Yes that's the sort of thing MrsBadger. But it's quite small. I was thinking of something bigger that you could actually put a load of shopping in.

pukka - I used to find that the storage underneath was very very small on some buggies and not all buggies have anything at all.

I guess I'm thinking of people, like me, that use buggies instead of a car and often end up with loads of stuff, rather than the odd one or two things.
