jacks and ball - where to get them?

remember these? I used to LOVE them - dd was given a set by her drama teacher but has lost half of them. she really really liked playing with them, so want to replace them. but have never seen them anywhere - I'd like the ones that are metal and come in a little bag - anyone help? ta, Dinny
