I can only find USA stuff online. I've just had a toddler boys jacket virtually disintegrate in the wash (was leather look, now looks like old newspaper).

My local store tell me they haven't any in stock, they can't order me one, and they are not allowed to transfer any from other stores. I'm faced with a 50 mile round trip to the next nearest store at my own expense to replace their faulty jacket! I'm not happy, and would like to let GAP hq know what I think of their 'no transfering goods between stores' policy, but I can't find out who to contact.

even more reason for me getting in touch with head office then! To be fair to my local shop the manager said the rules had changed recently

Great result. It always helps to speak to hq and have a bit of a moan.
