Help! Car which transforms into hairdressing salon or something?

Ds2 saw something a month or two ago on Nick Jr/Boomerang and wants it for Christmas. But I have no idea what it is other than it is pink and seems to transform from a car into a hairdressing salon.

So I need help:-

1. What is this thing called?
2. Where can I buy it?
3. Ds2 is going to be gay isn't he?

It sounds like it might be a Polly Pocket thing -I'm sure someone will know exacty what it is though
