How long do VERTBAUDET take to deliver? I know it says 7-10 days on the site but does it really take that long?

hmm

it probably will

it depends on the courier partly - they may have the things a few days before they do their round - you could phone Vertbaudet and ask them to give you the courier's number, but I don't know if they would. You usually get given their number on your delivery in case you need to return anything, so there's no reason why they shouldn't give it out, but you know...

They are slow. And keep checking if it is in stock as they dont let you know if not - it just never arrives. Ordered shelves over a month ago that were supposed to come in on the 1/10 and only found out by checking on the website that they now wont be avaialble til mid December.

I have decided not to order from them again.

Hope your outfit arrives but i would call and chase...

Nope thats not me, but my son is called DJ, lol.

If it doesnt turn up on the saturday I will have to go to John Lewis that night and buy something else, then return the vertbaudet one when it does arrive!

Also, 3 times now they have sent me completely the wrong stuff - in fact adults clothing instead of kids!!!! Tehn you have to wait for the courier to pick it up & explain that you want what you ordered. Grr!

hope it arrives anyway!

This won't be what you want to hear but I've found you can't rely on them. I've given up as so many things either don't come at all, or arrive so late that my DC need the next size up. No communication, no apology, no explanation.

You may be okay, but I'd consider a plan B.

kittyletteItBe · 10/11/2007 23:43

Yea thats what Im thinking,

love your name btw!

I agree. I've found them totally useless in the past and vowed never to use them again. Very slow and when the order arrived all but one item was out of stock - the one they sent was the wrong size. I wouldn't have paid postage for one item, but they never informed me in advance that things were out of stock. I complained, but got nowhere.

did it arrive ?
