I hope this is a correct forum for this. I want to warm people against using Dunster House for window purchases.
I bought some windows and have a problem in respect of which their customer service could not have been any worse!
They do not take calls for complaints (conveniently only for the Sales!) and sent to me antagonistic responses which I have not been able to escalate as their management cannot be found on email and only accept physical letter (hardly efficient conflict resolution).
As insult to injury, when I left them a bad Trust Pilot review, they tried to get it removed as fraudulent, despite me leaving my full details with the review, which they would have been able to check within moments that i was a customer.
The windows arrived without keys and i'm dreading trying to get any sort of engagement on this new problem!
