Anyone have an Avent Naturally Express microwave sterliser?

Ladies I bought one on eBay and it doesn't have instructions and being a first timer, I haven't got a clue how to work it, does anyone know? can I use it as a cold water sterliser too? thanks, so clueless!

I had one of these and you can't use it a cold water steriliser.

I have one.

Put 7oz of water in bottom, load it up and up in mircowave for 4 mins
