Not sure if this is the right place to post so apologies in advance if I got it wrong.
I just wanted to know if anyone else out there is having problems with orders placed with Glow via their website?
I ordered some stuff back at the begining of October, the money has been deducted from my credit card, I have now chased them 5 or 6 times now (by e-mail, phone and post) and I have received nothing. The number they list in the phone book is an answering service so that is no use.
Has anyone else had problems? Am I just being unlucky? Does anyone know what's going on? News would be appreciated.
