I would sooner shoot meself than purchase a smaoked glass and 'aluminium' (aka painted plastic) stand that seems to come as standard with the dreaded box.

Neither can I be doing with yet another faux rustic wooden cabinet.

I am thinking grovvy.
I am thinking colourful.
I am thinking corner fitting.
I am thinking stylish.

Any ideas?
Thanking yew.

Haven't found anything colourful yet. Would trying to be invisible do?

moondog · 03/11/2007 21:05

Not very cornery, but bright. (it is in the 'TV solutions' section, honest)

Or how about buying something basic, and painting it?

moondog · 03/11/2007 21:18

Yes Jackie have thought of that and have in fact seem something that will look ok with some Farrow & Ball paint and a groovy new knob.

(sorry - I know I'm childish, but pmsl at 'groovy new knob').

I suspect that this shelf wouldn't be strong enough to hold a tv.

But the table might?

moondog · 04/11/2007 11:50

Yes.I knew it would make you laugh. That's why I said it.

Thanks Jackie, some really groovy ideas there!
