What is the difference between the one I bought at £13 and the ones ranging in price up to £170??
If I thought I'd get a much better brush out of an expensive one I'd pay for it - but would I?

i think the difference is power - we are constantly changing our rechargable batteries in ours maybe with expensive one, they have rechagables already in?
