My kids are sick AGAIN. They keep waking each other up coughing etc., and I'm at the end of my tether, I'm so so tired. I've heard humidifiers are a good investment. Can someone recommend a good one? Thanks so much.

We bought a cheapish one from Argos - did seem to help ds's night time cough, but does leave trickles of water down the walls

We spent over £100 on a Delonghi one, I don't think they do the same model now. It was 4 or 5 years ago and is on 24hours a day for six months of the year and I am suprised its still working. Someone else I know said he has to replace his dehumidifier every year but I'm not sure if he gets a cheap one.

DD has never sufferred much with coughs/colds so can't tell you if it helps with that. However it stops the mould growing in our built in wardrobe!
