Just want to know if there is supposed to be a safety harness on the carry cot bit (to strap baby in)... as I can't see one on mine.

Do carry cots generally have safety harnesses?

I've got a baby confort one and it doesn't have a harness.

Don't know speciriclaly about First Wheels but answer to second question is no . The baby normally lies flat so no need but there may be D rings fixed under the mattress to which you could attach a standard harness (as you might get with walking reins ro for a high chair) if you want to use it once they can sit up.

Carrycots geherally don't have harnesses. I think mine has D rings as it could be raised up for an older baby.

Harness like this. Not required for a newborn though.

thanks all.
just my lo is rolling onto his side (already!) at 5 days old and I'd like to make him a bit more secure.
Will check if it has D rings...

With my second, she liked to be snuggled either side with a rolled up muslin, she was much more cosy in the carrycot that way.
