Anyone know how to sit camel down-have lost instructions and stupidly cant figure it out

GOd I remember that being really hard too. Can't remember off hand but will have a look tonight. Probably be a bit late by then, but will look anyway.

If I remember right you have to hold the head and tail up whilst pushing the whole thing down, if that makes sense. Almost like you are trying to fold it in half.

hold it by the bottom of neck, on underside & tail & push up, in & down iyswim, like you're making the shape of the dreaded M arches

we have this too...bloody stupid thing...took me ages to figure out.
