fridge freezer recommendations if you have them, esp for

2/3 length fridge, stubby freezer combo

it would suit us better, only freeze few bits and tend to have more fresh stuff than i can cope with..

ours is on the blink, thinking i can wait til january sales as its freezer gone,fridge ok

any experience??

Have a Bosch that is roughly those dimensions. Several years old now.

Must be 7 years old now. It used to be our only freezer but atm we also have a small stand alone(boguth when we were abroad and had no other freezer) and another ff which we inherited (built in to kitchen) so not short of freezer space although we don't use the second freezer part as the seal isn't great.
