Birthday present suggestions for stepfather please

My stepfather's birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks. He's in his early 60's, and I'm at a loss at what to get him. I want to spend about 20-30 pounds.

Any suggestions?

He's in the UK and I'm in the US, so if you know of any good internet sites that would be ideal.

Thanks!

what's he into?
a good bottle of wine? unusual beer?

KateandtheGirls · 25/10/2004 18:38

He does like wine and beer. Know of any websites where I could order a nice bottle, because that's a great idea. (And I'm sure my mum would like it too!)

He's also into golf.

Thanks zubb. I'll check that website out.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Berry Brothers & Rudd are a fantastic, ancient wine merchants in St James - and will find you three great bottles for £30, I'm sure. Very nice people and I know they have a website though don't know what it is - I'm sure a Google trawl will find it. Sometimes do this for dh. I think wine is a good present - always appreciated, and more importantly, used!
