Is there such a thing as..... resuable lids for glass milk bottles?

If so, where from?

We have milk from the milkman and it comes in class bottles witht he foil lid. But they are rubbish at staying on. And each time the fridge door gets shut - especially if DD and gets shut hard - the milk bottles slide in the tray and inevitably milk gets split, either on the kitchen floor or into the fridge.

Also if we have soemthing like melon or garlic int he fridge, it can taint the milk.

Can you buy reusable lids to put on glass milk bottles?

My dad has some with the days of the week on. Think he's had them several years, but not so long that they might be impossible to get hold of. Try Lakeland? or just googling?

Yes, you can get reusable lids for glass milk bottles, and they’re really handy. They fit snugly, stop spills when bottles move around in the fridge, and also keep out any strong food smells like garlic or melon. I’ve been using them for a while now, and they make a big difference in keeping the milk fresher for longer
