HELP!!!!!!!! Don't know its name, but it is a stretchy strap that you can cinch in waist of shirts etc

I am desperately trying to buy a strap that I have only ever seen in silver that has braces clasps at each end and you use it to attach to the back of shirts, jumpers etc to pull in the waist a bit.

Please help, I am driving myself nuts searching fruitlessly!

Oh I remember seeing these in the 80's in magazines like Mizz and Smash Hits. Wasn't interested then, but rather like the idea of them now - can never get shirts that fit well across the shoulders and waist.
Hope you have some luck in finding them.
