Where can I buy one of those electric/battery powered car things for next to nothing?

I got really excited thinking I'd found a bargain on the woolworths website.
They had a BuddlyL? quad thing reduced to £19.99 but it turns out they are for 1-3 year olds and dd is 4.

But since xmas is on a budget this year I'm just thinking if I could get one on the cheap lol.

Has anyone seen any at all?
I cant think of anywhere to look apart from toys r us, woolies, mothercare and mailorder express.

TIA
