I purchased a jacket online and when it came, the buttons were falling apart. I spoke to someone on live chat and told them it was impossible to sew them back due to how it had been stitched (advised by tailor) and that the jacket was furry so any stitching on the outside would show.
They offered me a 10% refund including postage and said I would not be able to return it which I accepted.
I've since tried to style out the jacket looks UGLY on without the buttons, it just cannot be worn as an open style or replaced with different buttons due to the design of it.
Is there anything I can do? Could I ask they deduct the 10% plus delivery off the remaining balance if I send it back?
