Double nipper seats

[1dilemma]

I have one and the seats seem to be permantly reclined even when fully up. IS this the way it is or am I missing something? (I got it secnd hand so no instructions)

They don't go upright at a 90 degree angle if that's what you mean. But many buggies don't as not all seats are flat, most seem to be slightly pitched at an angle. The strap on the catch that fits across the back of the seat can be pulled tighter to get them more upright. Does that make sense?
