T-SHIRT paint. Where do I get it from?

DS has asked me to make him a BEN10 costume for a party.

It is v easy and i need a white tshirt so I can paint, in black, a stripe down the front and round the neck.

Never done this before and I have no idea where to get tshirt paint from on the high street.

Art shops have lots and some will be child-friendly, others the sort that you paint on and then iron to make the design permanent.
I am not 'arty' but soooo love fabric paint, kids room have soft furnishing stuff that matches their (expensive) bedding - but made for bargain price by meeee!!

i'm in the north west and i mostly go to the tiny independent sort, that usually locate near big colleges and uni type places. Hit the yellow pages?!
I presume that the likes of hobbycraft would have them but i tend not to buy stuff there as our locals are lots cheaper
Oh, Toys r us might have some in kids craft stuff? not a piece of fact, u realise - just guessing
