Recommendations for a toy garage for a 2yo please

Dd2 has shown a real interest in cars recently and so I've been looking at all the garages/tracks and car sets in town today - some seem really babyish and some seem too complicated. Any ideas for something that will last her a while, not be too ginormous and not cost too much (£30-40 tops but pref cheaper!). Ta

bought one 2 years ago from elc. I think they still sell the same one now and i hated it. ds would try to move it and it just falls to pices. It cliped together but when he tryed to move or pick it up it just came apart. I would check if they have made it any better if buying one from there. I have bought fisher price one for ds2 this year. Just hoping it is better.
