Life Jackets - Where To Buy?

Does anyone know where to buy life jackets? I can't think of a single shop that might sell them, lol! They don't need to be fancy, we're not into sailing or anything, they're just to use on the local ferries. TIA.

I think dh bought his (for canoeing) on ebay, there's one here (in fact, there are loads in that section)

any chandlers should sell them I would have thought.

So maybe a trip to the seaside for a chandlers? I don't think I'll have enough time for Ebay when I'm home, unless I can buy it now. But from your link, Geekgirl, they're not as expensive as I'd imagined. I was thinking they'd be £30+ so that's good news!

seaside, or lakeside or riverside... anywhere people sail should have a chandlers shop

suedonim · 16/10/2007 15:54

There's no sailing near us but plenty of fishing - Aberdeen would have a chandler's, I should think. Actually, I'm now wondering if sports shops would have them, then I could buy locally here in Nigeria.

I always use the wetsuitoutlet.co.uk for life jackets and buoyancy aids
