Worth looking at Dell computers (go to their website) - you can chose your specifications and control the price that way. Ours is a Dell and is fantastic (although it was quite expensive cos it's a desktop replacement for us).

I got a Dell a couple of years ago from their outlet website. They have lots there that there that are not wanted anymore and have been returned and if there was a problem its sorted out. You still get a guarantee and I never had a problem with mine at all, still going strong! Its worth having a look.
