Has anyone else been foolish enough to buy one of these? I did as the reviews looked really good - I only wished I researched better and looked on Trustpilot, etc. As the product itself is cheap nasty Chinese rubbish that doesn't work. After numerous e-mails to Amy the CEO, she agreed if I sent it back they would refund the cost of the product and the postage (to China!). Yes, you guessed it, after over a month of chasing, still no refund. Each time Amy comes up with pathetic excuses, so I've now resulted in commenting on social media. Has anyone had as much problems with them as me? Any advice?
