Just thought I'd post a huge thumbs up for kiddicare!!
We were up visiting my bro the other week and couldn't resist a visit to their superstore - we brought the petit star zia pushchair there but when we got back home (4 hour journey away) we found the handles on it were broken - rang them up and explained that we were too far to just bring it back. No probs they said we'll send you a new one -just exchange it with the courier company at no extra cost. Bloke even checked the pushchair was intact whilst on the phone. Pushchair arrived this morning no hassle whatsoever.
Lovely friendly people, brill customer service and good prices as well. Can't recommend them enough!
