Hello mnetters. I bow to your superior knowledge Grin

After waking up yet again feeling completely broken, with shooting pains all down my neck and shoulder, I've decided that I need to invest in some decent pillows. (A physio has told me this is at least part of the solution, especially because I'm a side sleeper. I know I also need to stretch etc). I replaced my mattress last year, so I know that's not the problem.

But I have no idea where to begin. Is one of those triangular ones a good idea? Or do the 'side sleeper' ones work?

Please help!

I'm on this quest as well !
I have a whole heap of pillows in the spare room , all have been tested for a few weeks and then it in the ever-growing pile.
It will be interesting to see if you get any recommendations of any I haven't yet heard of !
I've come to the conclusion that whilst it's good to get an overview of people's thoughts , its very much a personal thing. Yes tempur pillow ( look up the cost of that one Shock )I'm looking at you , also in my pile.

Yy to the growing piles of pillows! I had a tempur one a while back but that didn't work for me either. Hopefully someone will be along with the silver bullet of pillows (although it does feel like that might not be a good analogy)

Dunlopillo are the only ones we have. They are like sleeping on clouds!

Cost a fortune but last forever.

John Lewis value/great price (or whatever they are called).
I haven't bought any for ages but were £7 for 2. If you give them a good puff every day, they last forever and are like clouds ⛅️😬

Dunlopillow from John Lewis. Have even converted my husband who was a feathers enthusiast before.

Thank you! Looks like John Lewis might be the place to go. I'll check out Dunlopillow
