Do Mothercare use donkeys for their deliveries?

Or possibly narrowboats? If it's a buggy, do they push it to your house instead of using a lorry? And if it's a Phil & Ted, do they dispatch it from New Zealand?

Because if not, why does it take so flipping long?

ah.... the age old question.....

When I was expecting DS1, we ordered a pram from them and it took ages to come.It was finaly delivered and then, the next day, the same delivery man turned up with another one.

He just stood on the doorstep and said "You don't want 2 do you?"

Their customer "service" is appalling as well - I can't order anything from them anymore - much too stressful

I certainly think asses designed their dreadful logistics/distribution systems Kathy

I'm kicking myself for ordering it from them. It's been hell as I HAVE GOT TWO CHILDREN AND CAN'T GO OUT until it comes. [sorry for shouting/screaming.]

Thank God MIL is coming to visit this pm - she can do some of the waiting for me

PMSL @ your two prams, Tommy. Marina, you may be right.

I think they have dug a pit somewhere on an industrial estate and filled it with all their useful clothes and accessories for 4 year old girls and 8 year old boys
