Well be warned dont presume the phone line is being used over the weekends. We phoned to try and it kept us on hold with music going so we naturally thought they were open. Emailed them to say we were on hold for the total of 2hours over the weekend and could they sort out info via email. I was then told they are closed weekends and to try in the week lol so dont do it ahhhhhhh.......Fed up with it!
