faulty quinny zapp

hi,
my quinny zapp wont click into place anymore by the number 2 button that you press to dismantle leaving it very wobbly, i have had it about a year and have no receipt, has anyone else had this problem, should i return it to quinny and ask them to repair it, even though i have no proof of purchase?

Is it because the button is sticking that it won't click into place? Try skooting a bit of oil into/around it.
Where did you buy?
I'd have thought if it was a year old then you'd have to pay if sending back to Quinny.
Could be worth popping into a local pram shop to see if they could help.
