Trainers for over pronation (flat feet)

I need trainers for my teenage daughter who over pronates. But can't afford more than £50 or so. Any suggestions? The internet brings up suggestions costing over £100 😱 I'm looking in sports direct, but I'm getting overwhelmed with there being so many and no mention of they're good for over pronation. Help!

Hi!
I’ve had flat feet all my life and spent a small fortune on different shoes and orthotic inserts.

The pains the feet caused me just got worse and caused me hip problems too - I’m 36 now!!

Long story short - 6 months ago I was introduced to barefoot shoes and it has changed everything. They have a very thin, totally flat sole and no orthotics or angles or whatever.

So I really recommend looking into them.

Unfortunately a lot of sports shops and podiatrists make a lot of money from shoes that supposedly fix pronation, so they have interest in just keeping selling them! But if you google barefoot shoes there’s a ton of info out there about how much better they are in the long term

Good luck! X
