Wish I had checked Trustpilot before placing an order last week. Now realise I am not alone in paying for goods (£134 order) then order "going missing" so despite order confirmation and supposed tracking number nobody at MW can locate it or has a way to do so. This seems to be a frequent problem now I have read Trustpilot. I was also promised a same day refund against 2 gift cards for £69 via paypal when I ordered (12/8) if I paid whole amount on my creditcard. On 14/8 the same day I was told whole order was missing they emailed to say no refund possible until end of August. I have now asked for whole order to be credited but other people seem to have waited weeks for refunds.
