school pinafore

hi, i am looking at school uniforms as my dd starts her induction days at primary school next month and i want to get her a pinafore dress. the ones i've seen are thigh length though - is this standard? i was thinking a knee length one would be better in the winter so she can wear long socks rather than tights. does anyone know where i can find a longer length dress? thanks

thanks everyone, yes that m&s one looks good. matalan one great price but no online ordering. so my dd is nearly 4 1/2 - i was going to get her aged 5. maybe i will get a size 6 as she is tall for her age anyway. thanks again

Is it grey you need? I have a Tesco age 5-6 one which DD wont wear (wants skirts) that you could have for postage.
