Have you got one?
Any recommendations/people to avoid?
What sort of things should i think about? (other than what colour to paint it )

Any useful advice much appreciated, it looks like my tax bill is going to be smaller than anticipated, so I want to go shopping!

Used to have one - it's the nursery now. For my next one i fancy one of those ikea trellis desks complete with lightbox. apart from that - storage storage storage. oh and my other fantasy office furniture object is a vintage wooden filing cabinet. sorry, i'm sure none of that is very helpul...

Ah, maybe I wasn't very clear. I want an actual office down the end of my garden
But I will need a new desk too, NK, so will look out for the ikea trellis

We're just about to convert half our garage to an office as we haven't got room in the garden for one of those fab challet-style offices , but would love one. But we're probably going to Ikea to buy the furniture inc loads of book shelf space. They used to do a proper office catalogue, but I'm not sure whether they have that now.

Aha - and of course i mean trestle not trellis. i did loo into home office shed things but can't remember anything very helpful, except now's the time tobuy as they ll go on special offer at end of summer. good luck!

We kitted out our office from these people, lots of selection, matching bookcases/desks etc etc, cheap and pretty good service as well.

now go and hoover your front room rather than dreaming about paint colours for your flash new office!

Flowery where were you when I needed you - no one wants to play on my new maxi cosi thread About to go out for long rainy walk as dd WILL NOT go in car without screaming.

By the way funnypeculiar, I do remember something boring about foundations being v important to prevent rapid erosion zzzz stick to fantasy shopping for now...
