I need new duvets and pillows....

They need to be relatively cheap but I want something half decent. What should I get, what tog, etc etc

I'd rather more decent pillows that don't go flat after a week

Tesco do cheap, nice duvets. Winter time you need approx 14 tog. Primark do 'bounce back' pillows which don't go flat and are good value.
