phil and teds e3

I really like the look of the phil and teds e3, Ds will be 20 months when DC 2 is born so it does sound like the perfect option, however i am a bit confused, does the bottom baby seat sit up at all, or is it just for a lying down baby?

there are 2 seats...
the seat of the main buggy (ie if it were a single)

and a 'doubles' seat (On the new version the doubles seat reclines)

When the baby is lieing down, you clip the doubles seat onto the top / front of the buggy and the toddler sits there while the baby lies down. (lies down in the seat of the main buggy whihc unclips and un zips and becomes completely lay flat)

When the baby is ready to sit up, you 'zip up' the lieing down bit, which then becomes a normal seat again, and move the toddler seat to the connectors at theback and then the baby can sit there.

Yes the P&T does sound like the perfect option
