I’m unsure of where this post is meant to be posted.
Just looking for some advice. We purchased a Dyson from Sainsbury’s July 2018, came with a 2 year warranty. About 3weeks ago now the trigger is playing up. So called Dyson & they advised it’s a model that’s been discontinued. I’m still within my warranty by a couple of days.
They have kindly offered me a better model instant replacement.
However they advised it will not come with any warranty. It’s brand new. I thought all items come with at least a 1 year manufactures warranty??
I asked if I could buy the warranty but that is also not possible.
Can anyone advise further? Have I been given the wrong information?
