Who has a Kia Sportage?

Thinking about getting a Kia Sportage. Automatic petrol so needs to be a GT version. Would love to hear the good and the bad!

Very good, spacious and reliable. Not the biggest in class, but doesnt need to be.

Far better than a Nissan Qashit etc.

Long warranty too, all in all, a good choice. Cant really go wrong. Just be sure you get a turbo engine variant.

I was impressed with the test drive but have hesitated because the mpg reviews don’t seem great. It’s a GT-S I was looking at so that’s a turbo one.

In the grand scheme of things, all cars need fuelling.

I honestly wouldnt worry about MPG. Its not the be all/end all of motoring.

If you are concerned with fuel economy and the like, then no car will satisfy because there will always be a drawback.

You can get an efficient hybrid/diesel or whatever, but its likely going to be a small gutless thing. If you want space etc, it stands to reason a bigger car will lug more weight around etc and use more fuel.

Personally, I wouldnt be at all phased by the fuel needs since every car needs it.

Why do you not like the Qashqai @FartingInTheFence ?
